We provide complete building inspection and roof certification services for commercial, residential, and multi-family/apartment properties. It is our goal to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied.  This means that our reports provide the most accurate information possible regarding the potential real estate buy or property assessment.

Our reports are some of the most comprehensive in the business, providing a quick reference grading system for each section, along with highly detailed notes and suggestions regarding any problems or concerns the inspector observes. We cover every aspect of a building, from the ceiling to the foundation and everything in between.

During the inspection process, our knowledgeable and professional inspector will enter notes verbally onto a handheld tape recorder. Afterwards, the inspector will enter his grades and any other notes onto an Inspection Information Sheet.  From here, the tape and Information Sheet are both turned over to our Project Manager who transcribes the information onto our Confidential Investment Property Inspection Report.  Each section of the building is delineated with its own grading section and area for observations made by the inspector. Once this is complete, a copy is faxed to the buyer (and realtor, if desired) and a hardcopy sent within a presentation folder via regular mail. Generally, most inspections can be turned around with 24-48 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the inspection itself.
